Hon: Dr. Kotewall,

Some time ago I sent you a report that 9 Labour

Associations had been appointed by election at Canton

to take charge of the Hong Kong General Labour Union (of which one was not yet known), and I trust you have

read it.

On further enquiry, I find that of the 8 Labour

Unions mentioned in my report, the Coal Coolies Association and the Tung Hing Scaffolding Association were only

nominated at that time, but were never appointed.

Now I have had careful enquiries made as to the names

of the 9 Associations appointed, and set them out in the

following:-

Seamen's Union.

Foreign Employees' Association.

Coxswains and Engineers Association.

Tea Workmens' Association.

Beef and Mutton Workmens' Association.

Woon Yin Hair Exxxing Dressers' Association

Restaurant Workmens' Association.

Ping Lek Rattan Werkmens' Association.

Chi Ping Pork Butchers Association.

Please have a corection made in my previous report.

Please consider this, and this is what I hope.

With regards.

Leung Wing San.

19th February, 1927.
